What are the shipping rates and taxes? 

Shipping rates are based on delivery service, price and weight of item and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process.

Do you offer returns and exchanges? 

We are only able to provide exchanges (no refunds) in limited circumstances. We thoroughly check and package all pieces prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer store credit up to 5 days after customer receives package. We do not provide store credit if we do not receive the returned item. All items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging with tags. To complete your exchange, please send an email to lani.accesorios@gmail.com

Are my transactions secure? 

We use only the most effective methods of current technology to transmit personal data and payment, ensuring their safety.

Is my personal data safe? 

We assure absolute confidentiality and privacy of personal data collected and therefore we take essential safety measures to ensure the integrity and prevent alteration, loss or unauthorized use of your personal data.

How should I care for my pieces? 

Our products come shipped with a dust bag. When you’re not wearing your pieces, we recommend safely storing the product in the dust bag that it came in to increase its longevity. We would also recommend you keep our products away from liquids-- sweat, perfumes, or lotions, as it can cause the shine on our jewels and pearls to fade over time. Do not leave your pieces in your car when it's too hot outside! This will cause the jewels to fall.
